Educational Psychology PhD student Fedor Marchenko was awarded the Pufall Travel Award for the best proposal submission from the Jean Piaget Society in 2023.

Marchenko presented his paper entitled “Informal Learning of Newcomer Baristas in Third Wave Coffee Shops of New York City: A Study of Value Negotiation” at the Jean Piaget Society Conference in Madrid Spain in June, 2023. He received the JPS Pufall Award given to the top reviewed student paper proposal.
